Vendor Guidelines

Liability
The Roadrunner Flea Market shall not be responsible or liable to vendor for any loss or damage that may result in vendors property from water, fire, explosion or theft.

Space Management
All the vendors personal and for sell items should be kept within their assigned space. No items shall be staged in front of, or on the side of the tables.

Noise Regulation
Vendor must regulate the volume of radios, televisions, stereos, and sound amplification equipment so as not to interfere with those occupying adjoining spaces.

Refunds and Absences
We do not issue refunds. We understand that unexpected events happen that may prevent a vendor from attending. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know you will be unable to attend. You can sell your space to another vendor or receive credit for a future show.

Setup Instructions

Setup Time: Begins at 8:45 am.

Unload Quickly: Please unload your merchandise quickly to allow others to do the same.

Clean-Up
Please remove all of your trash at the end of the event. There will be garbage cans available. There is nothing can be left behind.

Break-Down Policy
No early break-downs. You will not be allowed to attend future events if you do so.

Tables/Chairs
You must supply your own table and chairs.
